Broker Remarks

The Jeanneau Espace 1000 is a spacious 10 metre cruising yacht built in the 1980s which has tiller steering in the cockpit with an inside steering position for inclement weather. This Jeanneau Espace 1000 has a main and genoa, both new in 2018, a cruising chute and heavy weather sails that have been lightly used. The boat has been in the same ownership since 1996 and sailed during the summer with winters ashore. This is a centreboard version and the owner tends to sail with the centreboard in the half down position all summer. Compass inflatable dinghy included in sale.
